Product Overview
AD8542 is a dual channel, rail-to-rail input and output, single-supply amplifier. Very low input bias currents enable this amplifier to be used for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications with high source impedance. Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs are useful to designers buffering ASICs in single-supply systems. This amplifier is optimized to maintain high gains at lower supply voltages, making them useful for active filters and gain stages.
- Single-supply operation is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Low supply current/amplifier is 45μA typ at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Wide bandwidth is 1MHz, slew rate is 0.8V/μs typ at (RL = 100Kohm)
- Settling time is 5μs typ at (to 0.01%, 1V step)
- Unity gain stable, no phase reversal
- Offset voltage is 1mV
- Input bias current is 4pA
- Voltage noise density is 42nV/√Hz typ at (f = 1KHz)
