Product Overview

The Welwyn LRMA series M (low thermal EMF) version are automotive grade, surface mount low resistance metal alloy resistors. The resistance range includes values from 0.5mohm to 60mohm.
  • EIA 0805, 1206 and 2512 chip sizes available
  • Power rating of 0.5W, 1W and 2W at 70°C
  • Resistive tolerance is ±1% and ±5%
  • ±50ppm/°C ±75ppm/°C, ±100ppm/°C and ±275ppm/°C TCR values available
  • Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified
  • Ambient temperature range from -55°C to 170°C
  • Insulation resistance is >100Mohm
  • Mn-Cu element alloy, black and green coating
  • Low thermal EMF and high power version
  • Current sensing for power electronics
