VJ1206Y103KBEAT4X is a VJ Open Mode Design (OMD) series, surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor for flex sensitive applications. Suitable for demanding boardflex applications, input filter capacitors, output filter capacitors, snubber capacitors reduce MOSFET voltage spikes and filtering for switching power supplies applications.
- 10000pF capacitance and ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 1206 (3216 Metric) case size
- X7R dielectric characteristic
- 500V DC voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
