The VS-25TTS12PBF is a 16A Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for medium power switching and phase control applications. This thyristor uses glass passivation technology for reliable operation up to 125°C junction temperature.

  • Meets MSL-1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C
