Product Overview

The TSOP31236 is a 36kHz Miniaturized IR Receiver Module for remote control systems. A PIN diode and a preamplifier are assembled on a lead frame. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to a microprocessor for decoding. The module is optimized to suppress almost all spurious pulses from energy saving lamps like CFLs.
  • Very low supply current
  • Internal filter for PCM frequency
  • Improved shielding against EMI
  • Improved immunity against ambient light
  • Insensitive to supply voltage ripple and noise
