Product Overview

The TEMT1000 is a Silicon NPN Phototransistor with high radiant sensitivity in black, surface mount, plastic packages with lens and daylight blocking filter. Filter bandwidth is matched with 870 to 950nm IR emitters. It is suitable for detector in electronic control and drive circuits.
