Product Overview

The CNY64ST is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for highest safety requirements of >3mm. It is suitable for welding equipment, line receiver, microprocessor system interface, solar and wind power diagnostic.
  • Very high isolation voltage
  • Moisture sensitivity level MSL4
  • 1450V Rated recurring peak voltage (repetitive)
  • ≥3mm Thickness through insulation
  • 5V Reverse voltage
  • 1.5A Forward surge current
