Product Overview

The 4N35 is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with base connection. The optocoupler consists of gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor.
  • Interfaces with common logic families
  • BSI EN 60065:2002 and EN 60950:2000 approved
  • FIMKO; EN 60065, EN 60335, EN 60950 certificate no. 25156
  • Minimum current transfer ratio of 100%
  • Isolation test voltage of 5000Vrms
  • Forward current of 50mA
  • Single channel
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to 100°C
