The VS-403CNQ100PBF is a high performance Schottky Rectifier Module has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The Q series Schottky rectifier has proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175°C junction temperature. The centre tap Schottky rectifier features low forward voltage drop, high frequency operation and guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.
