The VS-15MQ040NTRPBF is a high performance Schottky Rectifier features extremely low forward voltage, compact size and improved reverse blocking voltage capability. The Q series Schottky rectifier is designed to be used for low power applications where a reverse voltage of 40V is encountered and surface mountable is required.
