Product Overview

The Vishay MKT370 capacitors are radial leaded, metalized polyester DC film capacitors with 5.08mm pitch spacing. The capacitance range includes E12 decade values from 0.00068μF to 1.5μF. These film capacitors are automotive qualified non polarized electrical capacitors with insulated polyester film as dielectric.
  • Automotive grade AEC-Q200 compliant
  • Rated DC voltage of 50V, 63V, 250V, 400V, 630V
  • Rated AC voltage of 32V, 40V, 63V, 160V, 220V
  • ±5% and ±10% tolerance
  • Compliant to IEC 60384-2 standard
  • Endurance is 2000h at 85°C
  • Flame retardant plastic case and epoxy resin coated with tinned wire
  • Maximum operating temperature is 85°C
