Answers

A: 
We have maximum of 735nm red LED bulb.

In 3mm: #97K4049 it is 700nm
in 5mm: #15B5583 it is 700nm
in SMD:#48T1418 it is 735nm

Wavelength for RED color comes in range of 610 < λ < 760nm. The wavelength that you mentioned (i.e 940nm) comes under IR range.
