Product Overview

The PV1000HF is a 4-output PowerVerter Compact Inverter for trucks. Utilize your vehicle's battery to efficiently power office equipment on the road or power tools at a work site. Continuously supplies up to 1000 watts of 120VAC power to (4) AC outlets from any 12V battery. Compact, lightweight metal case design is among the smallest, most rugged inverters available at this power level. Remote control jack provides optional remote monitoring and control when used with optional remote module (APSRM4, sold separately). Low battery alarm with auto-shutoff prevents deep battery discharge. Battery charge level LEDs indicate the approximate charge level (high/medium/low) of connected batteries. Connected load level LEDs indicates the approximate wattage load level (high/medium/low) of connected equipment. Battery charge conservation dial conserves battery power by setting the load-level at which the inverter automatically shuts off.

To protect against high current draw that may occur during inverter failure, a fuse link rated at 175a should be positioned no more than 18" from the PV1000HF's battery in the positive line.

Suggested part number of remote control module for this inverter is APSRM4 from Tripp-Lite. This module allows remote monitoring and control of Tripp Lite 'PV' series inverters & RV, APS & EMS series inverter/chargers which feature the RJ-style connector.
