The TLP781F(D4-GB.F) from Toshiba is a through hole photocoupler in 4 pin DIP package. TLP781 consists of a silicon photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. This device is suitable for office equipment, household appliances, solid state relays, switching power supplies, various controllers and signal transmission between different voltage circuits.
