Product Overview
The TLP126(F) from Toshiba is a 4 pin mini flat surface mount photocoupler. TLP126 consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode connected inverse parallel and provides high CTR at low AC input current. This device is used for programmable controllers and AC/DC input module.
