Product Overview

The UA78M33CKCS is a fixed-voltage integrated-circuit voltage regulator designed for a wide range of applications. The internal current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features of this regulator essentially make it immune to overload. In addition to use as a fixed-voltage regulator, this device can be used with external components to obtain adjustable output voltages and currents and also as the power-pass element in precision regulators.
