Product Overview

The TSW3065EVM is an Evaluation Module standalone oscillator source based on integer-N/fractional -N frequency synthesizer with integrated wideband VCO TRF3765. Its frequency ranges from 300MHz to 4.8GHz. It provides programmable output power with a combination of amplifier and programmable attenuator. The board has an option of on-board or off-board reference selection. The on-board reference is from 10MHz crystal.
  • 4 LO outputs and optional external VCO input
  • Uses 6VDC power supply (included) or 5VDC USB supply (from laptop/computer)
  • On-board 10MHz reference clock or external reference
  • Frequency selection between 4 pre-programmed dip switch setting at 950, 1960, 2140 or 3500MHz
  • GUI controls available for advanced options or user specified frequencies
