Product Overview

The SN74LVC04APWR is a Hex Inverter contains six independent circuits designed for 1.65 to 3.6V VCC operation. The device perform the Boolean function Y = A\. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in a mixed 3.3V/5V system environment.
  • Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V
  • Maximum tpd of 4.5ns at 3.3V
  • <0.8V at VCC = 3.3V, TA = 25°C typical VOLP (Output ground bounce)
  • >2V at VCC = 3.3V, TA = 25°C typical VOHV (Output VOH undershoot)
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
  • ESD protection exceeds JESD 22
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
