Product Overview

The SN74HCT08N is a quadruple 2-input Positive-AND Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = (A\ + B\)\ in positive logic. It features 20µA maximum ICC low power consumption, ±4mA output drive at 5V and 1µA maximum low input current.
  • Outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
  • Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
