The SN74HC688N is a 8-bit Identity/Magnitude Comparator (P=Q) with an enable. It performs comparison of two 8-bit binary or BCD words. An OE\ input may be used to force the output to the high level.
  • High-current outputs drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
  • 80µA Maximum low power consumption
  • Typical tpd = 14ns
  • ±4mA Output drive at 5V
  • 1µA Maximum low input current
