Product Overview

The SN74HC20D is a dual 4-input positive-NAND Gate contains two independent circuits. This device performs the Boolean function Y = (A • B • C • D)\ or Y = A\ + B\ + C\ + D\ in positive logic.
  • 20µA Maximum ICC low power consumption
  • 11ns Propagation delay (tPD)
  • ±4mA Output drive at 5V
  • 1µA Maximum low input current
  • Outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
