The SN74HC11D is a triple 3-input positive-AND Gate contains three independent circuits. This device perform the Boolean function Y = A • B • C or Y = (A\ + B\ + C\)\ in positive logic.
  • 20µA Maximum ICC low power consumption
  • ±4mA Output drive at 5V
  • 1µA Maximum low input current
  • 8ns Propagation delay (tPD)
  • Outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
