The SN74ALVC08PWR is a quadruple 2-input positive-AND Gate. The device performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = (A\ + B\)\ in positive logic.
  • ±24mA Output drive at 3.3V
  • Maximum tpd of 2.9ns at 3.3V
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
  • ESD protection exceeds JESD 22
