Product Overview

The REF3240 series micropower precision Voltage Reference for use with battery-powered applications. This reference is stable with any capacitive load. The REF32xx can be operated from a supply as low as 5mV above the output voltage, under no load conditions.
  • Very low drift
  • Small size and low power consumption (120μA maximum)
  • ±10mA High-output current
  • 100µA Low quiescent current
  • 5mV Low dropout voltage
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
