Product Overview

The LM70CIMM-3/NOPB is a 10-bit Plus Sign Digital Temperature Sensor with an SPI and MICROWIRE compatible interface. The host can query the IC at any time to read temperature. A shutdown mode decreases power consumption to less than 10. This mode is useful in systems where low average power consumption is critical.

  • Shutdown mode conserves power between temperature reading
  • 12μA (typical) Shutdown current
  • 260μA (typical) Operating supply current
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
