Product Overview

The LM335AZ/NOPB is an analogue output precision easily-calibrated integrated Temperature Sensor operates as a 2-terminal Zener and it has a breakdown voltage directly proportional to absolute temperature at 10mV/°K. With less than 1Ω dynamic impedance, the device operates at 5mA with virtually no change in performance.
