Product Overview

The CD74HC14E is a CMOS high-speed logic hex Schmitt-triggered Inverter with 2 to 6V operation and 55 to 125°C wide operating temperature range. This inverter features 10 LSTTL loads standard outputs and 15 LSTTL loads bus driver outputs.

  • Exceptionally high noise immunity
  • Balanced propagation delay and transition times
  • Significant power reduction compared to LSTTL logic ICs
