Product Overview

The CD4011BM96 is a CMOS quad 2-input NAND Gate. The device provide the system designer with direct implementation of the NAND function and supplement the existing family of CMOS gates. All inputs and outputs are buffered. The device features standardized and symmetrical output characteristics.

  • 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
  • 2.5 at VDD = 15V Noise margin
  • 5V, 10V and 15V Parametric ratings
  • Meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard No. 13B
