Product Overview

The CD4007UBE is a CMOS dual complementary pair plus Inverter comprised of three n-channel and three p-channel enhancement-type MOS transistors. It meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard no. 13B, "standard specifications for description of 'B' series CMOS devices".
  • Standardized symmetrical output characteristics
  • Medium speed operation - tPHL, tPLH=30ns (typical) at 10V
  • 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
  • Maximum input current of 1µA at 18V
