Product Overview

The ADC11DV200EB/NOPB design kit is designed to ease evaluation and design in of the ADC11DV200, a 11bit analog to digital converter which can operate at speeds up to 200Msps. The evaluation board can be used in two modes, manual mode and computer mode. In the manual mode a suitable test equipment, such as a logic analyzer can be used with the board to evaluate the ADC11DV200s performance and in the computer mode this evaluation board is used with wavevision5 board to capture data and wavevision5 software to analyze that data. The software can perform an FFT on the captured data upon command and in addition to a frequency domain plot, it shows dynamic performance in the form of SNR, SINAD, THD, SFDR and ENOB.
