Both the part number are one and the same, the only difference is the part '40P1109' is UK stocked item.
Suggest you to go with #44F8408.

I dont understand the size measurement I II III IV V... explain the number size. Is I the smallest pin removel tool or V? Thanks, Bill

The I II III IV V are different series. These are all size 16 contacts pin diameter .062" (1.588 mm).

Details: 
I need a smaller pin removel tool than the TE 305183. size 16 contacts pin diameter .062" (1.588 mm). Is to large a diameter.
Please give am a part number, lower priced would be good as I dont use the tool that often.

What's the pin contact part number so that can suggest the suitable extraction tool. TE part #305183 can be used for size range 16AWG to 20AWG.
