Product Overview

The STGW20NC60VD is a 600V very fast IGBT utilizes the advanced Power MESH™ process resulting in an excellent trade-off between switching performance and low on-state behavior. It is suitable for use with high frequency inverters, UPS, motor drive, SMPS and PFC in both hard switch and resonant topologies.

  • High frequency operation up to 50KHz
  • Very soft ultra fast recovery anti-parallel diode
  • ±20V Gate to emitter voltage
  • 0.63°C/W IGBT thermal resistance, junction to case
  • 1.5°C/W IGBT thermal resistance, junction to case
  • 50°C/W Thermal resistance, junction to ambient
