Product Overview

The STEVAL-ISA068V1 is a demo board based on the ST1S32 switching regulator in DFN package. The ST1S32 is an internally compensated 1.5MHz fixed frequency PWM synchronous step down regulator. This regulator operates from 2.8V to 5.5V input, while it regulates an output voltage as low as 0.8V and up to VIN. The ST1S32 integrates a 60mohm high side switch and a 45mohm synchronous rectifier, allowing very high efficiency with very low output voltages. The peak current mode control with internal compensation delivers a very compact solution with a minimum component count.
