Product Overview

The L7806ACV is a single gauge positive voltage regulator in 3 pin TO-220 package. This fixed regulator can provide local on-card regulation, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single point regulation. Each type embeds internal current limiting, thermal shut-down and safe area protection making it essentially indestructible.
  • Input supply voltage range from 11V to 35V
  • 6V output voltage
  • Output current up to 1.5A
  • Thermal overload protection
  • Short circuit protection
  • Output transition SOA protection
  • Supply voltage rejection of 65dB at VI = 9V to 19V, f = 120Hz, IO = 500mA
  • Dropout voltage of 2V at IO = 1A, TJ = 25°C
  • Output resistance of 17mohm at f = 1KHz
