SOLID STATE - MJ10023 - DARLINGTON TRANSISTOR, NPN, 400V, TO-3 2 5 1 1
Poor design choice If your using a darlington transistor for switching power, you should consider a Mosfet or an IGBT instead. This part consumes a lot of power and is expensive. February 28, 2015
