Product Overview

The S202S02F from Sharp is a solid state relay in 4 pin SIP package. This solid state relay is an integration of an infrared emitting diode (IRED), a phototriac detector and a main output triac. S202S02F is ideally suited for controlling high voltage AC loads with solid state reliability while providing 4.0kV isolation (Viso(rms)) from input to output. Applications include isolated interface between high voltage AC devices and lower voltage DC control circuitry, switching motors, fans, heaters, solenoids, valves and power control in applications such as lighting and temperature control equipment.
