Product Overview

The SHT75 is a high end version digital relative humidity and temperature sensor IC in 4 pin SIP package. This sensor integrates sensor elements and signal processing in compact format. It provides fully calibrated digital output. A unique capacitive sensor element is used for measuring relative humidity while temperature is measured by band gap sensor. The applied CMOSens technology guarantees excellent reliability and long term stability. The SHT75 is seamlessly coupled to 14bit analogue to digital converter and serial interface circuit. This results in superior signal quality, fast response time and insensitivity to external disturbances (EMC). The 2-wire serial interface and internal voltage regulation allows for easy and fast system integration. The small size and low power consumption makes SHT75 the ultimate choice for most demanding applications.

Great little sensor Needed a compact and accurate humidity sensor. Furthermore, needed a humidity sensor that could accept a wide range of excitation voltages due to the different setups the sensor would be used in. This satisfies all my needs. Hysteresis is low. As a side note, there are some community authored LabView VIs that work seamlessly with this sensor. November 7, 2014
Check the Datasheet I would highly reccomend reading through the entire datasheet as the RH accuracy is only good around 25C and the temperature accuracy is only good for 20-60% RH. April 4, 2013
Inaccurate title, the sensor is a combo; The sensor meassures both realtive humidity and temperture!!! December 18, 2012
