Customer Reviews

SEGGER - 8.08.00 J-LINK - JTAG EMULATOR, USB, FOR ARM 3 5 1 1
Doesn't Fully Support iMX35 On Seggers website support is claimed for the iMX35 though with the caveat that J-Flash is used (not included with this Base version). Unfortunately you cannot configure J-Flash to use the RAM attached to the target making flashing even small images a huge time sink which makes the emulator somewhat useless for anything other than checking registers and the like. A:
Taken from J-Link Users' Guide (UM08001_JLink.pdf dated Dec. 20, 2013)

Connecting multiple J-Links / J-Traces to your PC
---------------------------------------------------------
In general, it is possible to have an unlimited number of J-Links / J-Traces connected to the same PC. Current J-Link models are already factory-configured to be used in a multi-J-Link environment, older J-Links can be re-configured to use them in a multi-J-link environment.

How does it work?
---------------------
USB devices are identified by the OS by their product id, vendor id and serial number. The serial number reported by current J-Links is a unique number which allows to have an almost unlimited number of J-Links connected to the same host at the same time.

More information can be found in the J-Link/J-Trace Users' Guide.

A:
you can connect up to 4 J-Links to your PC. The only thing to do is, to give each J-Link a different USB address. By default, J-Link connects via USB-address 0.
