A: 
Yes, can be used with 120VAC. You will need to purchase the required fuse drawer.
Suggested Newark code 84K0272 or 84K0273.

A: 
1 or 2 poles depend on how many lines you are going to run into the module and whether you want fusing to protect 1 or 2 poles. You will want a fuse drawer that support the 1 or 2 pole option.

A: 
There are many different fuses we offer, need to consider glass or ceramic type body, slow or fast blow type. Please check Newark code 93K7607 (cermaic one) or 94B4339 (glass tube) for fuse.
For American power cord, please refer Newark code 11J3561.
