The RB411DT146 is a surface mount silicon epitaxial planer Schottky Barrier Diode features small mould type (SMD3) and high reliability. It is suitable for low current rectification. It can also be used in coin processing machines, AC Servo, electric bike, stepper motor and brushed DC motor control, DVR/DVS, portable data terminal, surveillance camera for network, machine vision camera for industrial, embedded pc and solar power inverters.
