Product Overview

The 37005 is a Small Component Shipper made from 100% recycled material. It is suitable for physical protection and foam cushioning reduces stress from physical shock. It offers pink static dissipative foam (1/2-inch thick) laminated to top and conductive crosslink black polyethylene foam (1/4-inch thick) in bottom. It provides ESD shielding with lid closed, Faraday cage effect restricts electrostatic charges to exterior. The packaging standard ANSI/ESD section 6.2 outside an EPA transportation of sensitive products outside of an EPA shall require packaging.
  • Efficient means of shipping or storing small ESD sensitive items
  • No assembly required
  • Static dissipative foam in Protektive Pak® box
  • Buried shielding layer, minimizes sloughing and rub-off contamination
  • Low charge generation
  • Dissipative or conductive materials for intimate contact
  • Structure that provides electrostatic discharge shielding
  • 10⁵ to <10¹¹Ω Surface resistance
  • 99.9% Attenuation at 10kV, 99.6% at 30kV static shielding
