The CD431290C is a 90A POW-R-BLOK™ dual SCR Isolated Module designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink.
  • 1200V Vdrm/Vrrm Repetitive peak forward and reverse blocking voltage
  • Electrically isolated heat sinking
  • Compression bonded for increased power cycling capability
  • Low thermal impedance for improved current capability
  • UL recognized (E78240)
  • No additional insulation components required
  • Easy installation
