Product Overview

The CD411699D is an isolated dual Diode Module designed for use in applications requiring rectification and isolated packaging. The device is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat-sink. It is suitable for bridge circuits, AC and DC motor drives, welders, battery supplies, large IGBT circuit front ends, lighting control, heat and temperature control applications.
