Product Overview

The V18 series Thru-Beam Sensor with emitter and receiver aligned opposite one another. The advantage of this is that the light reaches the receiver directly and long detection ranges and high excess gain can therefore be achieved. This sensor is capable of reliably detecting almost any object. The angle of incidence, surface characteristics, colour of the object are irrelevant and do not influence the functional reliability of the sensor.
  • 0 to 60m Effective detection range
  • 85m Threshold detection range
  • Laser diode light source
  • Modulated visible red light
  • Light/dark on, switchable switching type
  • Push-pull output short-circuit protected overvoltage protected signal output
  • 5000Hz Switching frequency
  • IP67 Protection rating
  • M12 x 1 connector, 4-pin (Vario-Quick connect technology) connection
