Product Overview

The RP-SMKC16DA1 is a 16GB class 2 MLC flash microSD Memory Card. The multi level cell (MLC) NAND flash memory card records 2 bits of data into a single cell. The microSD series with power failure recovery suitable for embedded use. This memory card has many useful functions such as double power failure recovery, error correction code, refresh function, static wear leveling and intelligent data writing.
  • Version 3.01 (UHS-I compliant)
  • Completed write/read tests for all memory areas
  • Speed class 2 (not UHS speed class compliant)
