Product Overview

The APV1121S is a SMD MOSFET Relay for electronic circuits power supply (Vcc). The photovoltaic MOSFET driver with 0.1ms typical release time. The MOSFET can be turned off quickly in an urgent situation. With a built-in control circuit, an external resistor is not needed. This contributes to making substrates more compact.
