Product Overview

The SFH4550 from Osram is a radial leaded high power infrared emitter. This device is used for infrared Illumination for cameras, sensor technology and data transmission.
  • Standard diode case style of T-1 3/4 (5mm)
  • Narrow emission angle of ±3°
  • Very high radiant intensity
  • Forward current If of 100mA
  • Wavelength at peak emission is 860nm
  • Forward voltage of 1.5V at IF = 100mA
  • Switching time of 12ns
  • Power dissipation of 180mW
  • Operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C
