The LSR976 from Osram is a surface mount diffused resin super red LED made of InGaAlP material. This LED is widely used for optical indicator, LCD backlighting, pushbuttons switches, toys and coupling into light guides.

  • Viewing angle is 160°
  • Maximum luminous intensity of 180mcd at 20mA
  • Forward voltage is 2.V
  • Forward current (If) is 20mA
  • Dominant wavelength is 633nm at IF=20mA
