Product Overview

The LSQ976-Z from Osram is a surface mount diffused resin super red LED made of InGaAlP material. This LED is widely used at signal and symbol luminaire, marker lights (e.g. steps, exit ways, etc.) outdoor displays and flat backlighting such as LCD, cellular phones, switches and displays.
  • Standard 0603 package
  • Viewing angle is 160°
  • Maximum luminous intensity of 180mcd at 20mA
  • Forward voltage is 2.V
  • Forward current (If) is 20mA
  • Dominant wavelength is 605nm at IF=20mA
  • Wavelength at peak emission is 610nm at IF=20mA
