Product Overview


The OP265A is a plastic Infrared Emitting Diode made of high intensity gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode (GaAIAs) that is molded in an IR transmissive clear epoxy package with lens. This device features narrow and wide irradiance patterns, 890nm peak wavelength, 18° total beam angle and variety of electrical characteristics.
